I can’t be the only one who does this and please its not as easy as it seems oo your leg will scream for help after this but guess what I’m used to it! 😂🤭 On days when I stay home, instead of resting, I put my body to work. It takes me about 2 hours to hit my 10k steps indoors without stepping outside and yes, I still burn calories!
