I’ve been so locked in building a new character for a new chapter, I didn’t even realize I created a whole new book for this version of myself. Striving to be the best version of ME is the best gift of self love I’ve ever given to myself. I have one life to live - I want to push myself past all the limits that have been set externally & internally. One thing I know for sure by now is how rewarding tuning out the outside world and truly taping in with yourself is. we’re 6 months into 2025 and I don’t remember the last time I had this much peace in my life. I spend most of my days by myself. My work feels more powerful & impactful than it ever has. I’m obsessed with my new home & city and beyond proud of myself for uprooting my life and moving to another country across the world. I’ve never been so locked in with my mental & physical health. I’m taking care of myself in ways I never have. And I’m allowing myself to feel everything that comes up along the way. YOU ARE ENOUGH. You are worth devotion. You deserve to pour everything you have into yourself. GROW. CHALLENGE YOURSELF. EVOLVE. APOLOGIZE. FORGIVE. HEAL. MOVE. SMILE. MEDITATE. USE YOUR VOICE. LOVE.
