A few clips from session 4 workout of the week - sped up, wish it would be this quick in real time! Today’s workout also consisted of weighted hip thrusts, squats, walking side squats with a band, and Bulgarian split squats with a band. 🏋️‍♀️ I’m constantly asked what exercise I do & what I eat. I always workout fasted around 6am I only do strength training - I don’t do any cardio in the gym because I drop weight too quickly if I do cardio too. Then like today I’ll go and ride my horses - also fasted because well I just never have time for brekkie and to be honest I don’t like breakfast really 🤣 Then I’ll have a banana, a salad / wrap or similar for lunch🌯🥗 & then dinner like a veggie chilli with cauliflower rice. Or personal fav a Jackie P with cheese and beans 🤪🍚🍛. I don’t really snack much ever I just don’t have time generally but I eat what I want when I want and don’t restrict myself ever. Generally speaking I’ll do 3hrs of active stuff / exercise per day (at least) and always walk around 20,000 steps!
