#ad My hand hurt a lot after this… This drawing was for a representation/drawing class, which is why it doesn’t look like a building haha. It was based off of an analysis of the Petal House by Deconstructivist architect Eric Owen Moss, and it’s meant to be an exaggeration of the concepts that Moss was working with in his project. In the drawing, the Petal House, meant to disrupt the uniformity of the LA suburban landscape, starts from its map location and grows into a mass of manipulated building elements to consume the downtown.
