That feeling when you try out a new recipe online and it HITS 🙂↕️ Original Recipe Credit: @yashajj on TikTok Ingredients: ⁃ 1 yellow onion ⁃ garlic ⁃ cherry tomatoes (pref sugar bomb) ⁃ fresh basil ⁃ parm cheese ⁃ butter ⁃ any pasta ⁃ chopped calabrian peppers Instructions: 1. put tomatoes in bowl, rinse thoroughly 2. chop tomatoes into halves 3. cut onion into quarters and smash some garlic 4. heat pan on low, coat with oil once heated 5. add in garlic cloves and onions (flat part facing down) 6. add in tomatoes when bottom of onion is browned 7. add salt and pepper 8. add calabrian chilli (to your liking) 9. mix and let reduce 10. add sauce to blender and add basil 11. blend 12. strain the sauce back into a pan (use strainer and spoon) 13. Add parm to strained sauce along with some fish sauce and butter 14. Cook pasta until Al dente 15. add pasta to strained sauce 16. mix on low heat until the sauce sticks to the pasta 17. top with basil & parm cheese and enjoy!
