Kearns Village Bakery is a humble family-owned and run Vietnamese Bakery in Campbelltown. Nem Chua is a Vietnamese food made from fermented pork. It’s a sour and tangy pickled snack, it’s packed full of flavour and is very garlicky! The only one I could find near me is from the Vietnamese Grocery Store in Marrickville (end of the video) but this version is mixed with beef so it’s a little drier, I usually like just the pork which is softer and juicier. They’re located in Chipping Norton in Westfield Sydney, it’s open late night and halal friendly too. 📍Turtle Burgers 19 Childs Rd, Chipping Norton The concept of sealing burgers is basically to get them golden and crispy on the outside and seal everything inside to make it mess-free (no dripping juices everywhere) and it retains the heat inside so it stays hotter for longer and further melts all the cheeses, meat juices inside. The Wyatt in Gordon is one of my favourite Sydney cafes in the North Shore and they have Sydney’s first Matcha Flight made with Kaizen Matcha from Uji, Japan.
