New at Costco: Aromatic Crispy Duck Pancake Kit! $25.99 Flavours are good, I enjoyed it! I may have overcooked the duck trying to get a crispy skin so watch out for that. Make sure to grab some cucumber and green onion and thinly slice them. I thought I wouldn’t like so much green onion but when you cut it thin the onion taste isn’t as strong. Check out the ingredient list, I got hungry just reading what’s in the marinade: star anise, dried Szechuan pepper, cinnamon, dried tangerine peel, fennel, liquorice root, etc!
