Chicken Alfredo Lasagna. This was to DIE for. Creamy, garlicy cheesy carby heaven 🤤 Ingredients • 4 Chicken breasts • 1 tsp Salt • 1 tsp Black pepper • 2 tsp Garlic granules • 3 tsp Paprika • 20g Butter • 1 Onion diced • 5 Cloves of garlic chopped • 300 ml Chicken stock • 600 ml Double cream • 100 g Parmesan grated • 30 g Parsley chopped • 9 Lasagne sheets fresh For the top: • 150g Cheddar grated • 50g Parmesan grated Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C Fan. 2. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, pop them into a bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic granules, and paprika. Stir to coat. 3. Melt the butter in a large pan with some cooking oil. 4. Cook the chicken until it’s browned all over. 5. Remove it from the pan and set aside for now. Add the diced onion into the same pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until it softens. 6. Chuck in the garlic and cook for a further minute, before pouring in the chicken stock, and double cream Get the chicken back into the pan and bring it to the boil. Simmer for a minute or so before adding in the grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Stir well. 7. Spoon some sauce into an oven proof dish. Mine was 20x30cm. Lay lasagne sheets over the top, then repeat for 3 layers. Use all the chicken up in the middle of the lasagne so that the final layer is just sauce. 8. Scatter the grated cheddar and parmesan over the top, then bake it for 25 minutes. 9. Welcome to mine & Harriet’s bedroom 🏡❤️ The sloped window wall with views over the garden gives me - i’m on holiday in Bluestone vibes and i love it so much! We also have so much wardrobe space for all of our clothes and an incredible en-suite that i feel so lucky to have 🥹🧖🏽‍♀️🫧🛁 This is the last ‘room’ tour of our new home and i wanted to take a moment to thank every single one of you for your lovely messages, comments, likes - everything. The support has been more than we ever expected. I wasn’t sure how you would all react to us moving to a home like this, coming from a council house background with debts from a previous relationship and not a penny to my name, to this - blows my MIND. And i absolutely have to thank you all for that. Without you all following and supporting me and my family every single day this would always have just been - a dream. I’m so grateful and we feel so lucky. The past week i’ve kept saying to H - “i don’t deserve this” and whilst i still believe that, she reminds me every day that i haven’t just fell into this, i’ve works hard for it.
