#ad #ALDIPartner how to lock down your partner, ft. a Persian Kotlet feast with a little help from my friends at @ALDI USA #ALDILove #DoneGatekeeping Persian Chicken Kotlet 1 onion, grated 2 potatoes, peeled & grated 1 lb Ground chicken 1 egg 1/4 cup flour Salt Pepper 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 2 tablespoons Olive oil, for frying Directions: Persian Chicken Kotlet: 1. Squeeze all the water from the grated onion & potatoes, discard. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the ground chicken with the grated onion, grated potatoes, egg, four, salt, pepper, and turmeric until combined. 3. Form the chicken mixture into thin patties. Cool in fridge to help hold their shape. 4. In a frying pan, add the oil and place over medium heat. 5. Fry the patties on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 6. Salad shirazi: Finely dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Mix together. Drizzle with olive oil & fresh lime juice. Season with salt. 7. Serve chicken kotlet + salad shirazi paired with Tadig or basmati rice and enjoy!
