Steak Egg & Cheese Breakfast Bagel 🥩🔥 Absolutely banging... could eat this every day! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - Asiago bagel - Extra virgin olive oil - ~16 oz bone-in ribeye - Seasonings: Salt, pepper & garlic powder - 3 eggs - Cheddar cheese - Avocado - EBTB seasoning - Truff Sauce DIRECTIONS 1. Pat the steak dry, coat in olive oil then season both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 2. Get a large skillet going over medium-high heat and add in 1-2 tbsp of ghee. Sear the steak for about ~3-4 min per side or until it reaches ~130° internal. Remove and let rest for ~10 min before slicing. 3. Toast your bagel in the steak residue. 4. Scramble up the eggs in a bowl the pour them in the skillet. Let the eggs cook over low heat until firm and cooked through then fold them into a square and top with cheese. 5. Steak Bites over Loaded Palmini Mash 🥩🔥 This recipe is easy, uses simple ingredients and most importantly packed with flavor! Also doesn't take to long to make. FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~1.5 lb of steak cut into bite size cubes (I used chuckeye steaks) - Avocado oil - SPG rub of choice (salt, pepper, garlic) - 8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms - 1 yellow onion sliced - 2 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce - 2-3 tbsp of honey Loaded Palmini Mash - 2 packages of Mashed Palmini - 3 tbsp butter - 1/2 cup light sour cream - 1 cup shredded cheddar - 4 strips of bacon - 1/3 cup fresh sliced green onions - Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste - Splash of milk to thin it out a bit (2-3 tbsp) Toppings: - Chopped parsley Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Cook down the bacon and set aside. Once cooled, chop it up. 2. Cut the steak into bite size cubes then add to a bowl. Drizzle in avocado oil and season generously with SPG. Mix till well combined. 3. Sear the steak in the bacon grease over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side then remove from the skillet. 4. Lower the heat to medium then add in the mushrooms and onions. Let saute mixing every few minutes untill soft and carmelized. (~12-15 min) 5. Add the mashed palmini to a small pot over low heat. Add in the butter, sour cream and seasonings. Give it mix till well incorporated then add in the cheese, bacon and green onions. Mix well and let continue cooking over low heat till ready to serve. 6. Once the mushrooms & onions are about done, Add the steak back in along with the worcestershire sauce and honey. Sweet & Sticky Pork Belly Burnt Ends 🐷🔥 These were absolutely INSANE! Definitely not something I'd eat every day since they're super calorie dense... that said, they were worth every single bite! Seriously so damn good. They also make for a great cookout/party appetizer! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~2.5 lb slab of pork belly (Pro tip: make sure it's meaty) - @Bachan’s japanese bbq sauce - Salt Pepper Garlic Rub Sweet & Sticky Sauce - 3/4 cup vegetable broth - 1/2 cup japanese bbq sauce - 1/4 cup soy sauce - 2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil - 2 tbsp sriracha - 1/4 cup honey - 1.5 tbsp minced ginger - 2.5 tbsp minced garlic - 1/2 cup brown sugar - Corn starch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) Toppings: - @Terrapinridgefarms bang bang sauce - Sesame seeds - Sliced green onions Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Cut the slab of pork belly into ~1.25 in cubes. Coat them in japanese bbq sauce as a binder then season all sides with SPG rub. 2. Place them on the smoker at 275°F until they develope some bark and reach around ~180° internal (2-2.5 hours). 1. For the sauce, add all of the ingredients to a pan over medium-low heat. Mix till well combined and continue stirring over a low simmer till it thickens (~3-5 min). Once done, set aside. 2. Take them off of the smoker and place them in a pan. Top with the sweet & sticky sauce, give it a mix then cover tightly in foil. 3. Place them back on the smoker until they're probe tender (203-205° internal / 1-1.5 hours) then remove the foil and let them roll for another 20-30 minutes so the sauce can tack up a bit. 4. Great for meal prepping as well! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS ~1.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes - 1 lb lean ground beef (Used 93/7) - Extra virgin olive oil - Taco Seasoning of choice Pico De Gallo (Combine all ingredients) - 1 cup fresh diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup diced red onion - 1 small jalapeño diced - (Remove seeds unless you want it spicy) - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro - Juice of 1/2 a lime - Salt to taste Guacamole (Combine all ingredients) - 2 medium sized avocados - 1/2 cup diced red onion - Juice of a lime - 1/2 cup cilantro chopped - Garlic powder to taste - Salt to taste Note: Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. Addition toppings: - Shredded mexican blend cheese - Light sour cream - Fresh chopped cilantro DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the Pico and guacamole then set in fridge until ready to use. 2. Wash & dry the potatoes then dice them up into small cubes. Put them in a large bowl then add in olive oil and taco seasoning. Mix till well combined then place evenely on a lined baking sheet.
