If you’re looking for sun not too far from the UK then try Lanzarote where its relatively hot all year round 🏝️ we visited in November 2024 (apologies for the super late upload) and from what I remember, It cost us less than £700pp for 5 nights all inclusive in the swim up room. Tripawd club’s newest member 🐾 day 3 mini update: - Katsu’s wounds have been healing well 🩹 his fractured pelvis remains quite sore and will need a follow up vet appointment to check on his progress 🙏🏻 - He has been trying his best to move around despite the pain but often falls over 🥺 we have been giving him 24/7 care to ensure he doesn’t injure himself and can be assisted when using the toilet - He has learned to pivot his foot and uses his tail to counter balance his uneven footing 🐈 but can’t stay standing for too long as his other leg is also injured 🤕 - Sleep mostly happens in the hours after his painkillers 💊 but otherwise he is quite restless as it must be uncomfortable lying on just one side all the time - He has done a few wees each day 💦 we’re still waiting on a number 2 but that’s probably because he hasn’t eaten much - However we were so proud that he did a fart today 💨 probably a sign that his bowels are moving - Because he hasn’t drank any water, we try to soak his food 🍗 which has worked - he’s had about 10 kibbles in the last 3 days but his appetite seems to be improving - He is still very purry when petted and his face still looks handsome as ever ☺️ Thank you all for your care and concern for Katsu 🧡 despite everything, he is in good spirits and I know thats because so many animal lovers from around the world are cheering him on 🎉 we are so grateful for you lovely people and want to send blessings positive energy back your way ♥️ we will do a better update in a few days! p.s. that’s his sister, Kiba - which means ‘fangs’ in Japanese (as she’s a bit spicy!) #tripodcat #tripawd #cats #orangecat #petgrief #animallover #rescueanimals
