Note that the individuals are either 15g or 20g protein, not 17g like the big one I used in the video, so cals/protein will vary slightly) •2 cups unsweetened/unflavored almond milk •1/4 cup maple syrup •1/2 tbsp vanilla (optional) •cinnamon (optional) MIX IT SUPER WELL!!
