I am a size 38 I/J depending on the bra, so I decided to do an honest review of both products to see which works best. The Boombas are true to size - I purchased the size that coincides with a 38J. For the Snowys I purchased the largest size available which is an F. #boomba #snowy

AWKWARD IN GROUP PHOTOS? 📸 Here’s how to pose when you’re stuck at the end of a group photo… ❌ THE ISSUE ❌ Our phones have wide angle lenses, so anything that is toward the edge of the photo ends up getting distorted and stretched out. This is why so many people feel like they look strange when they are on the end of a group photo. ✅ THE FIX ✅ ✨ Keep your arm loosely at your side ✨ Twist at your ways to open your chest toward the camera ✨ Take a small step backward so the person next to you has their shoulder directly in front of yours ✨ Bend your elbow backward slightly - #howtopose #posingtips #posingtipsandtricks How to pose for group photos. I used to pick apart every little thing I didn’t like in photos— “My arm looks weird.” “My face looks puffy.” “My stomach is too round.” It felt like the only solution was to fix myself. But here’s what I’ve learned after years of doing this work: Most of the time, it’s not you that’s the problem — it’s the pose. One small change — moving your arm, shifting your angle, adjusting your posture — can completely transform how you look and feel in a photo. You can take photos you love. You can show up confidently on camera. And you can learn exactly how to do it. I’m here to give you the tools you need to show up in a way that feels authentic, powerful, and reflects the whole you — the version of yourself you want the world to see.

Replying to @Jennie Schultz STUCK DOING THE SAME POSE IN EVERY PHOTO? 📸 It makes sense! So much of posing is muscle memory, and those of us who grew up in the ‘90s and early ‘00s were taught by the media (*ahem* America’s Next Top Model) that the “best” way to flatter your arms in photos is by bending at the elbow and placing one hand on your hip. However, just like with fashion or beauty, the way we pose for photos has trends as well. Don’t believe me? Google “Glamour Shots,” “80s Family Photos” or “Emo Kid At Park Photoshoot” (just to name a few!) If you find yourself stuck doing the “teapot pose” every time the camera comes out, try making these small adjustments. Instead of trying out an entirely new pose and freezing up when the camera comes out, you can make these little updates. #millennialposing #posesforwomen #howtopose

IPHONE RUINING YOUR PHOTOS? 📸 Try taking them in burst mode! For some reason the developers at iPhone decided to process photos in a way that’s much sharper than how our eyes process reality. This can be really off putting since each pore, hair and texture becomes magnified. If you want your photos to match your reflection, the best way to achieve this is by taking them in burst mode. Not only will your iPhone not render your photos, but you’ll have a lot more to choose from! HERE’S HOW TO DO IT: ✅ Open your Camera app like you normally would. ✅ Make sure you're in Photo mode (not Portrait or Video). ✅ Hold down the shutter button (the big white circle) and drag it to the left quickly — this starts a burst. ✅ Keep holding it to take multiple photos in rapid succession. ✅Release when you're done — boom, you’ve got a burst! HOW TO REVIEW YOUR PHOTOS: ✅ Go to your Photos app, tap the burst, and then ✅ Tap “Select” at the bottom. ✅ Scroll through all the shots. ✅ Tap the little circle in the corner of the ones you want to keep. ✅ Hit “Done” and choose “Keep Only Favorites” to save space. ✨ PRO TIP: Use burst mode anytime something is moving—your hair, your skirt, your dog, or you. It gives you options so you’re not stuck with a blink or a weird in-between moment. - Why does my iPhone make my face look weird. iPhone ruining photos. iPhone photo hack.
YOUR BODY ISN’T THE PROBLEM (…YOUR POSE IS!) 📸 The camera doesn’t see us the way we see ourselves. (And it definitely doesn’t see us the way the people who love us do!) So something that feels totally natural in real life like how you stand, how you smile, how you move—can suddenly look stiff, awkward, *off* in a photo. And when that happens? Most of us don’t question the camera. We blame ourselves. We assume our bodies are the problem. That if we were thinner, taller, more symmetrical, more toned... then we’d finally like the picture. But here’s the truth: Your body is not the problem. The problem is that no one ever taught you how to work *with* the camera—how to pose in a way that translates your energy, personality and full 3D presence into a flat, 2D image. Because that’s what a photo is. It’s not real life. It’s a representation. And unless you know how to guide that translation? The photo won’t reflect what you actually look like—or how you actually feel. It’s not a flaw. It’s just a skill you haven’t learned yet. But here’s the good news: You can learn it. #howtopose #posingtips #posingforwomen #posingtipsandtricks
