Meet “Radha Kumari,” my grand-mom. She wrote this hook line when she was 16, and now she is 83 years old. This song is probably one of the most special songs I have ever composed in my life, as it is a culmination of my entire 29 years of existence. Aama always sang this song to me since my childhood, as she was the one who raised me. Now that I’m combining this melody into my own, it has filled me with a sense of pride and happiness. I used to wonder where I got my singing and songwriting genes from. I guess it was from her all along! ♥️ And, I think I’ll probably name this song after her after all. #bijulibalekohola #newsong
