Mini Cheesecake Stuffed Muffins 1 box Krusteaz Cheesecake Muffin Mix 2 eggs ⅔ cup vegetable oil ⅓ cup water Topping Krusteaz Cream Cheese Glaze 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon Directions Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two mini muffin pans with non-stick spray or line them with muffin liners. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, prepare the Krusteaz Cheesecake Muffin Mix according to the package instructions. Add 1 teaspoon of the muffin batter to each muffin cup, then place 1 teaspoon of the Krusteaz Cheesecake Center filling in the middle. Top with another teaspoon of muffin batter to fully cover the cheesecake center. Repeat for all muffins. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden. Let them cool for 5 minutes. Dip the muffin tops into the remaining Krusteaz Cheesecake Center filling for a creamy glaze. Repeat for an extra layer of flavor. Chongqing is a city in China that’s known for spicy food. You’re able to choose the spice levels here for your noodles. I tried the braised beef noodle soup which is their most popular item. My spice tolerance is quite low so I didn’t get any spice but the broth left my mouth with a tingly feeling. There were a ton of noodles and it felt neverending as I ate. The noodles were perfectly cooked and handmade by the restaurant. The braised beef was tender. My friend had the lowest spice level and said it was also tingly with some flavour.
